What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged

When your product is delivered, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any visible damage, including to the box, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you're unable to inspect the package upon delivery but suspect potential damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take photos and email them to support@sportsandathletes.com. We’ll respond promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
